Gobbler Hill Farm – an old farm with a new twist! Set on 190 acres, Gobbler Hill Farm continues a 100-year tradition of farming crops and cattle and has features a greenhouse in addition to its flower gardens and farm store. Immerse yourself in the beautiful gardens, a sea of fall mums, pansies, pumpkins, gourds, or sunflowers, depending on the season. The Hen’s Nest farm store offers fresh eggs, honey, and seasonal gifts for sale.

Open year-round, Seek Lavender bares the unique distinction as a USDA Value Added Grower, meaning they grow, hand-harvest, distill and create delightful spa, culinary, and home-care herbal products, out of plants grown on the property. Growing over 40 different plant types and specializing in lavender, owners Mary and Neil Seek have created a peaceful, relaxing oasis where they welcome visitors for a variety of events, tours, and living experiences.  ‘The Little House’ located on the property, features all of Seek Lavenders unique products available for purchase.

Virginia Bison Co. at Cibola Farm has been supplying bison meat to the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia region since 1999. The 500 acres of grass pastures are home to a 300 bison heard. A wide range of meat cuts, sausage, and jerky are available for retail sales at the farm store, online for home delivery, and through buying clubs and drop off locations. Virginia Bison Co. at Cibola Farms raises quality natural meats under the principles of ecological and sustainable agricultural practices by keeping waste nutrients out of the Chesapeake Bay watershed. Composting systems are employed and livestock are rotationally grazed to spread nutrients and allow grass time to recuperate. Humane handling in a natural and low-stress environment is a key element of Virginia Bison Co. practices.
