Open Farm Day at Oak Shade Farm

Don’t miss this year’s first event and the opportunity to learn all about Shiitake mushroom farming!

Stop by between 10am-4pm and discover the fascinating world of Shiitake mushrooms. Farm owners will explain every step involved in mushroom cultivation, from harvesting logs the mushrooms will be grown on, to harvesting the delicious Shiitake mushrooms.

While you’re there, meet their adorable animals including their newest member Parsley, a baby mini woolly donkey born February 20th!
